Instructions & Checklist

Please read the following checklist before starting a Bellmont Equities Application. The application should take between 5-15 minutes to complete depending on your account type.

If you do not have some of the required documents or information handy we suggest submitting as much as you can and we will contact you for any further information.

Required Documents:


Individual
Certified copy of driver’s licence

SMSF / Trust with Company trustee
Certified Copy of Trust Deed (Cover, schedule, beneficiary, settlor, and signatures pages only)
Certified copy of most recent ASIC annual statement for the company trustee including any amendments
Certified copy of driver’s licence for each director and beneficiaries (who own 25% or more of the assets held in trust, or who control 25% or more of the entity (directly or indirectly), for example through voting rights e.g. CEO or Managing Director.)

ASIC Online current company information search
Certified copy of most recent ASIC annual statement including any amendments
Certified copy of current valid drivers licence of all directors and beneficial owners (anyone who has 25% or more ownership of the company)

Fees:


Please note that the following fees apply to company & trust accounts:
Company Account : Setup fee of $25 plus GST.
Trust Account : Setup fee of $50 plus GST.
